La mariposa mexican restaurant opens its doors to the public
After months of anticipation, La Mariposa Mexican Restaurant in Longmont, Colorado will be Soft Opening as of Wednesday, December 13, 2023.
Reservations will be required during the Soft Opening period, and can be made via La Mariposa's website: www.lamariposaonline.com (or by clicking HERE). Walk-ins will not be accepted during this period.
What to expect: Awesome Mexican Food, and Margaritas. A beautiful atmosphere, in a modern - traditional Mexican setting, outdoor and Indoor seating. Brand new "Breakfast Service, and Menu", "Late Night Service, and Menu", new hours of operation 8 AM to 12 AM, new "Grab-and-Go" market style mercadito filled with burritos and favorite mexican eats. Everyone's sure to enjoy a great dining experience.
La Mariposa will be going through an extensive transitional period of learning, and training for the whole staff. Everyone's patience, and understanding will be greatly appreciated.
